About The Position
Cultural Care Au Pair is seeking an Art Director to join our in-house creative team. In this position, you'll be a creative force driving exceptional visual work. You will be both a visionary and a creative thinker, capable of fostering and conceiving brilliant visual concepts while understanding how they contribute to our growth. Your role will involve collaborating with a cross-functional team to deliver innovative and compelling visual solutions that meet project objectives and elevate brand identity. To excel in this role, you must be a skilled designer who can deliver outstanding creative concepts and ensure consistency in design across all medias. Our role spans over all channels, creating high-quality digital campaigns and websites to compelling offline creative assets. As part of our truly global team, you'll work from our Boston office, with regular collaboration with our team in Zurich, Switzerland.
