About The Position

As an Art Director at Inspire, you’re not just making things look good, you’re shaping how brands inspire through culture. You bring ideas to life visually, pushing creativity that speaks to the world through a distinctly Hispanic lens. You collaborate closely with copywriters, strategists, and production partners to turn insights into work that resonates across social, digital, OOH, experiential, and anywhere culture shows up. You’re equal parts dreamer and doer: conceptual when we need the spark, technical when we need the execution, and always intentional in how design tells a story. Here, aesthetics matter but crafting authentic campaigns that inspire matters more. You’ll help build campaigns that make brands unforgettable and make our community feel seen, respected, and reflected. This role is for a multidisciplinary creative who moves fast, thinks culturally, presents confidently, and cares deeply about their craft and works diligently to sharpen it.

  • A communicator who can take feedback without losing vision and give feedback with clarity and respect.
  • Has 3+ years of Art Direction or design experience (agency experience preferred).
  • Has a portfolio that shows strong concepting, craft, and versatility.
  • Is fluent in Adobe Creative Suite (Ae, Ai, Ps, Id, Lr, Pr).
  • Fluent in English; Spanish fluency is a strong advantage.
  • Understands how to bring ideas to life holistically across formats: TV, OOH, social, digital, print, and content.

Nice To Haves

  • Experienced with presentation software (Keynote/PowerPoint) and CMS/web platforms is a plus.
  • Bonus points for: illustration, motion design, storyboarding, photography direction, or video editing.

Responsibilities

  • Creates with Culture in Mind: Ideates and contributes in developing ideas from concept to completion across campaigns rooted in Hispanic insights that inspire.
  • Shapes the Visual Direction: Translate briefs, strategy, and insights into compelling visual concepts that connect with audiences and meet business objectives.
  • Designs with Purpose: Create layouts, comps, and mocks for campaigns, ensuring they follow brand guidelines, ladder into strategy, and ladder up to a cohesive creative narrative.
  • Presents with Confidence: Build polished presentations in Keynote or PowerPoint and articulate creative rationale clearly to internal teams and clients.
  • Brings Ideas to Life Across Platforms: Art direct work for digital, social, OOH, video, print, and emerging platforms, ensuring consistency, craft, and storytelling across every touchpoint.
  • Works Seamlessly with the Team: Partner closely with copywriters, strategists, producers, account leads, and designers to build integrated work that’s stronger because it was created collaboratively.
