Requirements

  • Talent for Visual Design and Art Creation: 2+ years of design and art direction experience, and a portfolio demonstrating excellent design skills, conceptual thinking, and visual communication skills.
  • Passion for Science and Healthcare: The ability to understand clinical information and translate that into unique visuals for persuasive marketing materials.
  • Insatiable Curiosity: You are a student of advertising, and all things health and pharma, and you are always looking for ways to bring modern trends into our world.
  • Drive to Succeed: You are a life-long learner never settling for the status quo, and you strive to make the work better and your teammates stronger.

Responsibilities

  • Create Compelling Artwork, Data Visualization, and Layouts: For the brands you are assigned to.
  • Transform Complex Medical or Scientific Information: Into visually engaging content that aligns with project objectives.
  • Collaborate Closely with Copy Partners: To find the most effective visual solutions and layout designs.
  • Exposure to a Diverse Range of Tactics: Across print, digital, social, and motion for both HCP and patient audiences.
  • Participate in Concepting for Agency-wide Creative Efforts: New campaigns and new business.
  • Support Your Creative Work: Present and advocate for your work during internal discussions.
