Roblox is looking for a conceptually driven Art Director to join our Plus Brand Creative team and help shape how the brand shows up across social platforms. In this role, you’ll lead the visual direction of social-first storytelling that celebrates our platform, community, and creators. You’ll concept and craft work designed specifically for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging social channels—creating content that captures the culture of Roblox and the creativity of millions who play, create, and connect every day. Whether highlighting new experiences, celebrating creator stories, or translating brand moments into engaging social narratives, you’ll combine strong conceptual thinking with sharp visual instincts and deep platform awareness. This hands-on role requires a passion for internet culture, a strong sense of pacing and storytelling, and the ability to move quickly while maintaining a high bar for craft.
