About The Position

The Art Director of Social Content at Alo Yoga plays a pivotal role in shaping the brand's visual identity across various social media platforms and omni-channel marketing efforts. This position requires a strong collaboration with the Alo Creative Director to develop innovative, social-first concepts that resonate with the target audience while maintaining the brand's core values and product offerings. The Art Director will be responsible for creating compelling content for seasonal campaigns, style guides, e-commerce stories, and episodic brand content, ensuring that all visual elements align with Alo's aesthetic and marketing goals. In this role, you will engage in creative conceptualization, where you will brainstorm and develop initial ideas for each seasonal collection or color capsule. Your ability to craft detailed briefs will be essential as you collaborate with various stakeholders to outline the vision for each project. You will also oversee the shoot production process, managing logistics, directing talent, and ensuring that the final output meets high standards of quality and creativity. A significant aspect of this position is the focus on a social-first approach, where you will create content specifically tailored for social media platforms. You will lead the development of social-first content for seasonal campaigns, capturing the essence of each collection and effectively engaging the target audience. Additionally, you will spearhead the creation of episodic content, such as the "Outbreak the Ice" series, which involves storytelling through e-commerce channels to create immersive experiences that drive engagement and sales.
