We have a unique opportunity for a talented individual to serve as an Art Director Intern in Los Angeles, CA or Austin, TX. As a Sensis creative intern, you'll get a taste of real agency life: you'll attend pitches, you'll be briefed, you'll create, and you'll make a real difference as part of a collective of individuals who share the same values.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of design in a digital and print environment.
• Ability to work well with a team.
• Familiarity with the creative process.
• Working knowledge of design programs.
• Working knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

Nice To Haves

• Complimentary skills in Illustration.
• Experience in UX Design.
• Knowledge of Social Media.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the design and artistic direction of advertising and projects that need a fresh perspective.
• Work closely with others to ensure design integrity and alignment across all touchpoints.
• Demonstrate attention to detail in design and craft.
• Assist in developing innovative concepts.
• Provide artistic direction input for photography, film, animation, and graphic design layouts.
• Assist in the art direction of work aligned with brands for film, print, digital, and social.
• Carry out projects assigned and ensure high quality of the final product.
• Stay up to date with innovations and industry trends.
• Refer to a work program and deadlines.
• Assist more experienced team members.
