This role will work closely with Strategists, Account Executives, Art Directors, Copywriters, Production Artists, on the conceptualization and execution of Point-of-Purchase materials, digital activations and products. As an integral part of a larger multi-disciplinary team, you will help manage and design many aspects of the visual creative product.

Requirements

  • Major in Graphic Design, Advertising Creative, Communication Design, or other areas of Visual Design
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma
  • Resourceful and solution-oriented; a proactive self-starter and problem-solver
  • Understanding of visual communication and creating a visual hierarchy
  • Skillful in graphic design, including the use of typography, color, and design systems
  • Experience aligning work to brand identity/guidelines; understanding of brand collabs/partnerships
  • Ability to quickly ideate and create a branded look & feel for clients
  • Has a critical attention to detail while not missing the big picture
  • Understanding of best practices for print
  • Comfortable operating in print workflows, including collaboration with Digital Creatives and Industrial Designers, and flawless turnovers to the Studio Services team for final deliverables, making file structures and organization a priority
  • Capable of communicating creative ideas and intentions with clarity
  • Ability to collaborate with other Art Directors and Copywriters to execute and deliver engaging print materials
  • Ability to take direction and constructive criticism from seniors and peers
  • Adept at creating storyboards and/or providing direction for motion/animation

Nice To Haves

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Powerpoint is a huge plus
  • Illustration skills are a huge plus, preferably with adaptability to a range of different styles
  • Motion and/or 3D skills are a plus

Responsibilities

  • Work and collaborate with the creative team to develop visual concepts, design systems, and products that entice, educate, engage, activate, and connect with consumers
  • Support Art Directors on the team with the creative process from original concept to final implementation
  • Interpret briefs to create designs that are strategically driven and compelling, not just "pretty"
  • Manage and balance multiple jobs and projects daily, meeting timelines and expectations while measuring and improving efficiency
  • Maintain knowledge and skills of creative applications, staying on top of new and evolving technology
  • Think conceptually and strategically to discover the best way to problem-solve for design and technical challenges
  • Be a constant learner, with a passion for actively staying ahead of the curve and exploring new tools, trends/standard methodologies, and styles, as well as advertising and design styles
  • Be a team player by collaborating, working hard, and always pushing the envelope
