The ART Data Coordinator is responsible for coordinating ART patient cycles, including data submission to the CDC and SART. This role involves managing the Cryopreservation Database and MyEggBank Database, as well as overseeing social media activities for the practice. The coordinator will ensure compliance with Prisma Health's values of inspiring health, serving with compassion, and making a difference.

Manage ART patients and all cycle data, including pregnancy outcomes into the SART program.
Verify data entry and submission of Annual SART Data to the CDC.
Provide SART reports of department IVF statistics to managers as requested.
Manage social media marketing campaigns and day-to-day activities, including creating, curating, and managing all published content.
Compile social media reports showing results and oversee design elements for social media profiles.
Coordinate the REI Cryopreservation Database and MyEggBank Database, including daily data entry and patient contact.
Review billing status for patients with frozen embryos/sperm and initiate billing when appropriate.
Conduct annual inventory of REI storage tanks and maintain the Cryopreservation Database.
Sort, fax, and mail final Semen Analysis Reports to referring physicians.
Order and restock supplies for the ART and Andrology lab.
Renew and maintain ART Laboratory standing orders and maintenance contracts.
Direct patient contact with male patients undergoing cancer treatment or therapies that may result in sterility.
Provide administrative support for the Director of ART Laboratories and the ART Team.

High School diploma or equivalent.
One (1) year related work experience.

Skill testing may be required based on departmental needs, including typing, math, spelling, punctuation, grammar, and/or specific Microsoft Office software applications.
