About The Position

This position is On Call Part Time. The Restaurant Server (RS) is responsible for consistently delivering results that contribute to the mission and overall success of the hotel by accomplishing performance objectives covering the food service venues of the hotel. The Server sets-up, services, and breaks-down the food and beverage areas where they are assigned ensuring a high level of quality, consistency and service.

Responsibilities

• Deliver passionate and engaging service to guests.
• Recognize individual guests and anticipate their unique needs to exceed expectations.
• Consistently deliver the GUEST model: Greet, Use eye and ear contact, Establish/anticipate needs, Solve and own requests/complaints, Thank everyone.
• Build solid relationships with colleagues and treat them with respect and dignity.
• Communicate openly, honestly, and clearly.
• Work in other areas of the hotel when needed to assist operations.
