About The Position

This position will support the Customer Service and Arrival operational functions for San Francisco, CA. Arrival Customer Service Agent will ensure there is clear verbal communication to assist passengers’ during the operational offboarding process.

Requirements

  • Fluent English communication skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication; active listening skills.
  • Computer literacy and fast, accurate data entry.
  • Calmness and solution-focus under pressure.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and move throughout the terminal.
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. and able to pass a background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

  • Call G2 WCH after briefing and provide number of WCHs, arrival gate, and flight arrival time.
  • Set up extension poles upon dispatch and send setup photo to Ops Group Chat.
  • If gate occupied, update chat with airline using gate and estimated departure time.
  • Open FIS door and notify Ops Group Chat.
  • Post arrival timeline updates in real time to group chat including block-in time, jetbridge attached, door opened, 1st/Last pax out, and 1st/Last crew out.
  • Inform passengers of baggage carousel number while waiting for last crew.
  • Go to Arrivals area to assist with damaged or missing bags and send photo(s) to Ops Group Chat.
  • Follow baggage handling procedures for left-behind/lost & found items, log items in WorldTracer, and record in Lost & Found Excel log.
  • Collaborate with airline teams and fellow agents to ensure smooth operations.
  • Deliver excellent customer service under pressure in a dynamic terminal setting.
  • Make clear announcements and provide directions.
  • Assist passengers at check-in counters.
  • Verify travel documents and comply with airline and TSA protocols.
