What You’ll Do As a Psychiatric ARNP on our Behavioral Health team, you’ll provide compassionate, evidence-based medical and psychiatric care for clients on their recovery journey. Requirements

  • Active WA state ARNP/PMHNP license in good standing.
  • CPR Certification
  • Experience providing medical services.
  • 2 years’ experience working with persons of color, sexual minorities and vulnerable population.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience treating adult and older adult populations strongly preferred.
  • 3 years’ experience as a Medical or Psychiatric provider for crisis and detox programs

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments, diagnostic interviews, and medication management
  • Lead treatment planning and provide clinical guidance to staff
  • Prescribe and monitor medications, including Suboxone (Buprenorphine)
  • Track progress, adjust treatment plans, and ensure continuity of care
  • Document using standard DSM-5/ICD-10 coding and maintain accurate medical charts
