As an ARNP/Nurse Practitioner on our Behavioral Health team, you’ll provide compassionate, evidence-based medical and psychiatric care for clients on their recovery journey. You’ll have clinical autonomy while collaborating with a skilled, mission-driven team dedicated to helping individuals achieve stability and wellness.

Requirements

Active WA state ARNP license in good standing.
CPR Certification
Experience providing medical services.
2 years’ experience working with persons of color, sexual minorities and vulnerable population.

Nice To Haves

Experience treating adult and older adult populations strongly preferred.
3 years’ experience as a Medical or Psychiatric provider for crisis and detox programs

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive assessments, diagnostic interviews, and medication management
Lead treatment planning and provide clinical guidance to staff
Prescribe and monitor medications, including Suboxone (Buprenorphine)
Track progress, adjust treatment plans, and ensure continuity of care
Document using standard DSM-5/ICD-10 coding and maintain accurate medical charts
