About The Position

This Position is Subject to Contract Award JANUS Research Group is currently seeking an Army Graphics Design Senior Analyst for a contract to support the Deputy Chief of Staff (DCS, G8. The DCS G-8 is the principal military advisor to the Chief of Staff, Army (CSA) and the Assistant Secretary of the Army, Financial Management and Comptroller (ASA(FMC)) for the Programming phase of the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process. The DCS, G-8 coordinates with the Assistant Secretary of the Army, Acquisition, Logistics, and Technology (ASA(ALT)) on all proposed programming and process recommendations related to ongoing and future acquisition programs and science and technology initiatives. The DCS, G-8 coordinates with Army Futures Command (AFC) for program funding for all elements of the future force materiel modernization enterprise. Position Description: Provides graphic design and visual communication support to the Directorate of Integration. Develops professional layouts, infographics, charts, and visual aids to enhance decision materials, briefings, and publications supporting SPAR, POM, and AROC/JROC processes. Translates complex analytical and modernization data into clear, visually compelling products for senior leader presentations. Maintains design standards consistent with HQDA branding and accessibility requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of four (4) years of hand-on graphics design experience using state of the art graphics software on both Windows OS and Apple Mac OS computers.
  • Demonstrates expert design and visual communication skills in developing professional graphics, layouts, and visual products supporting Army modernization and resource integration.
  • Proficient in translating complex analytical and technical data into clear, visually compelling infographics, charts, and briefings.
  • Skilled in using design software and visualization tools to enhance decision materials, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to HQDA branding standards.
