About The Position
Thillens Inc. is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Armored Security Guards in Peoria, IL. As a trusted secure transportation business with nearly 90 years of experience, we pride ourselves on exceptional customer service and a commitment to safety. Our team members are the backbone of our operations, ensuring the secure pick-up and delivery of cash and valuables while maintaining a high standard of professionalism. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a performance-oriented environment where each team member plays a vital role in protecting our customers' assets. In this role, you will operate an armored vehicle and oversee the safe transport of valuables. You will start as a trainee for the first 90 days, with the potential to quickly progress to a team member and eventually to a managerial position. We offer a guaranteed minimum hourly pay based on seniority, with the potential to earn up to $30 per hour through commission based on completed stops. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to earn quarterly bonuses ranging from $750 to $3000 for maintaining safety and security standards.
