About The Position

The primary purpose of this position is to maintain a safe and secure environment for clients, customers, and employees by patrolling and monitoring premises and personnel. This role is crucial in ensuring the safety and security of the property and individuals within it.

Requirements

• Must be an active full-time Illinois Police Officer or Law Enforcement Officer.
• Must be able to provide (VE-PEC) verification of employment as FT Peace Officer documentation.
• Must have ability to maintain composure when dealing with unusual circumstances.
• Must have a reliable means of communication (i.e., cell phone).
• Must have reliable transportation.
• (Indiana, Minnesota and Retired law-enforcement will have additional requirements)

Responsibilities

• Secures premises and personnel by patrolling property, inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points.
• Completes reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities.
• Prevents losses and damage by reporting irregularities and informing violators of policy and procedures.
• Responds to incidents of fire, medical emergency, bomb threat, flooding, elevator emergency, and hazardous materials.
