About The Position

The Armed Security Cash Transport Guard (LLV) at Brink's is responsible for the safe pick-up and delivery of cash and valuables, ensuring safety, precision, and professionalism in all operations. This role is crucial in maintaining the security of cash liabilities and supporting businesses in their financial transactions. The position requires a strong commitment to customer service and tactical security strategies, making it an essential part of Brink's legacy in securing commerce.

Requirements

• Minimum of 21 years of age.
• Able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• A valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record.
• Satisfy all applicable Department of Transportation requirements.
• A valid firearms permit or ability to pass applicable firearms licensing requirements.
• Ability to obtain a guard card or any other required licenses.
• Chauffeur's license or ability to obtain one (Indiana, Louisiana, and Michigan residents only).
• Ability to maintain tactical procedures to ensure a secure environment.
• Ability to satisfactorily complete and maintain all required internal training applicable to the position.

Responsibilities

• Guard and maintain the safety and security of employees, armored truck, and liability at all times.
• Deliver or pick up valuables at customer locations.
• Dispatch personnel to ensure successful transactions.
• Remain alert and prepared at all times to protect against attacks and accidents.
• Reconcile customer deposits and receipts of all valuables handled during daily business.
• Provide service to customers' ATMs including loading/unloading of currency and clearing of paper jams.
• Follow all applicable procedures, policies, and regulations relating to the safe and lawful carrying and handling of firearms.
• Provide excellent customer service and guard liability and assets.
