Requirements

• Valid California Driver License with clean driving record
• BSIS Guard Card
• BSIS Firearm Permit
• Less-than-Lethal Permit (OC Spray, Taser, or Baton)
• Professional appearance and duty equipment
• Knowledge of California Penal Codes related to theft, burglary, and trespassing
• Prior security supervisory experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Supervise on-site security personnel
• Conduct patrols of the shopping center and parking areas
• Respond to incidents, including theft, trespassing, and disturbances
• Complete accurate incident and activity reports

• Coordinate with law enforcement when necessary
