About The Position
The Spartan Group is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as an Armed Security Officer in the Nashville, TN area. As an Armed Security Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their assets. This position requires a proactive approach to security, where you will maintain a visible presence to deter illegal and inappropriate actions. You will patrol designated areas to prevent and detect signs of intrusion, fire hazards, or any other security-related incidents. Your responsibilities will also include traffic control duties, enforcing rules, regulations, and guidelines set by the organization. In emergency situations, you will be expected to respond promptly and appropriately, conducting thorough investigations and writing detailed incident reports. Providing exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns is also a key aspect of this role. Please note that this job does require some street work for construction sites, which adds to the dynamic nature of the position.
