About The Position

The supervisor will travel by car between six buildings—five in Hanover, MD and one in Catonsville, MD—to check on officers and assist with monitoring the properties. Securitas plays an essential role for our clients and in society. The Armed Security Supervisor position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for a client site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area. Frequently our Armed Security Officers will provide customer service and information to a client’s employees and customers and serve as a physical deterrent. Our highly sought after Armed Security Supervisor positions include full training. Requirements

Must have a valid driver’s license
Must have a valid Maryland Wear and Carry Permit
Minimum 2 years of experience in security, law enforcement, or corrections or a military background
Previous supervisory experience required
Previous armed security experience required
Professional, reliable, and able to work independently during overnight shifts
