The Flex Officer position is crucial for operational and financial success, providing trained support by covering shifts that become open due to illness, call-offs, weather, vacation, or other causes, ensuring continuous service to customers while protecting the health and work-life balance of personnel.

Requirements

  • Level III Security Officer License in hand is required.
  • Must own your weapon.
  • 1+ years of security, military, and/or law enforcement experience.
  • 1+ years of Armed Security Experience is required.
  • Strong customer service experience.
  • Must have dependable transportation to and from work.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Communicate unavailability on upcoming dates or times that would normally fall within your availability to your supervisor.
  • Refusing more than 20% of shifts for which you are called in could negatively impact your employment status with the company.

Responsibilities

  • Perform a multitude of duties as specified by the Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
  • Read and become extremely knowledgeable of Post Orders and SOP and be able to act quickly and efficiently according to such directives.
  • Be trained at various posts and/or facilities based on operational need.
  • Be assigned to, or offered the opportunity to accept, shifts as they become available due to staffing needs.
  • Work any shift for which you are scheduled in advance which falls within the described availability.
  • For short-notice call-ins, work at least 80% of the shifts for which you are called.
