Requirements

Must be a current or retired Law Enforcement Officer, contingent on state requirement standards
Have a minimum of (15) years of experience as a Retired Law Enforcement Officer
Have a minimum of (3) years of experience presently working as an Active Law Enforcement Officer
Retired Law Enforcement Officer needs a Carry Permit and their retired Police ID with the retired Stamp on it.
Must possess a valid unrestricted Carry Permit for the state there working in
HR-218 training card
Must be 25 years or older
Flexible schedule required; weekend availability for events is essential.
Must have valid, up-to-date identification for I-9 form upon completion.
Ability to stand and maintain a post for 8 hours or longer.
Strong communication skills and professional demeanor.
I am willing to undergo Metro One's pre-employment screening and meet all applicable State, County, and Municipal armed officer requirements.

Responsibilities

Maintain a high level of visibility to deter illegal or inappropriate actions.
Assist customers, employees, and visitors with professionalism and courtesy.
Perform security patrols on foot or by vehicle across designated areas.
Respond swiftly and appropriately to incidents and critical situations.
Represent Metro One and our clients with integrity and strong interpersonal skills.
