Requirements
- 21+ years old with a valid drivers license
- Current OPOTA Firearms certification
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Available evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Walk/stand for long periods
- Lift up to 50 lbs.
- Navigate stairs and large properties
- Adequate vision and hearing
Responsibilities
- Patrol property and monitor access points
- Respond to emergencies and alarms
- Complete detailed incident reports
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Other duties as assigned
