We are seeking a highly trained and professional Armed Security Officer to join our team and help protect our clients. This position requires reliability, integrity, and the ability to respond quickly and effectively to security concerns while representing our company with professionalism at all times.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Valid CLEET Phase IV License (required).
• Strong observational and surveillance abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm, think clearly, and make sound decisions in emergency situations.
• Knowledge of security protocols, safety procedures, and emergency response.
• Physical fitness and ability to perform foot and vehicle patrols.
• Professional and customer service–oriented demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Patrol and monitor assigned areas, promptly reporting suspicious activities to local authorities.
• Monitor surveillance cameras, inspect property, and oversee crowds to ensure safety.
• Contact law enforcement or fire department in the event of emergencies.
• Conduct security checks of doors, windows, and gates during and after business hours to safeguard property.
• Investigate and respond to reports of suspicious activity on the premises.
• Safely and reasonably detain individuals suspected of criminal activity until law enforcement arrives.
• Escort discharged employees, trespassers, and other unauthorized individuals from the premises.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and the public while representing the company professionally.
