Requirements

Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
Have at least 3 years of combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience or possess a college degree.
Hold an active Department of Defense Secret Clearance.
Be at least 21 years of age.
A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Carry out security-related procedures and site-specific policies in accordance with Allied Universal standards, providing customer service to clients and visitors at the location.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols for an armed post within an aerospace and defense environment.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter, helping to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related concerns.
Remain alert and observant while monitoring for suspicious behavior or activities, and report findings to appropriate personnel.
Participate in emergency response activities as directed, supporting site operations during drills or real incidents.
Maintain a professional presence and provide assistance to employees, contractors, and/or visitors as needed.
Complete required documentation and reports related to security-related incidents, patrols, and daily activities.
