About The Position
The Guard Supervisor serves as a first line supervisor responsible for monitoring and directing security staff, performing administrative tasks, and ensuring the safety and security of the facility. This role includes close supervision of security officers, responding to emergency situations, and maintaining operational oversight during assigned shifts. The Supervisor is empowered to handle emergencies and must not perform officer duties while in a supervisory capacity.
