Ideal candidates must have prior law enforcement experience, strong communication skills, and hold all required California certifications, including CCW, BSIS Guard Card, and Exposed Firearm Permit. Requirements

• Prior Law Enforcement Experience
• Valid California CCW (Concealed Weapons Permit)
• Valid BSIS Guard Card
• Valid BSIS Exposed Firearm Permit
• CPR / First Aid Certified
• Minimum 2 years of armed security experience
• Clean background and driving record
• Reliable transportation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional and armed security presence on-site
• Monitor entry/exit points and manage access control
• Conduct routine foot patrols inside and outside the property
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergency situations as needed
• Write clear and detailed daily activity and incident reports
• Maintain strong communication with property managers and company dispatch
• Deter suspicious activity and enforce client policies
