We are seeking security professionals to safeguard our facilities through regular patrols and monitoring for unauthorized activity. Responsibilities include ensuring the safety of employees and visitors, responding to emergencies, and maintaining situational awareness. This role requires physical stamina, keen attention to detail, and strong observational skills. You will play a critical role in preventing theft, damage, and injury within our organization. Requirements

Must possess a current BSIS Guard Card.
Must possess a current BSIS Baton Permit.
Must possess a current BSIS Exposed Firearm License.
Must possess a current OC / Pepper Spray Certification and canisters
Must possess your own physical Baton
Must possess a current CPR / First Aid Certification
Must own all of your own firearm and gear, the company will not be providing them for you.
Must have a valid California Driver's License with 3 years minimum of a clean record. No suspensions or revocations from anytime.
Ability to read, write and understand and carry out written orders, policies, procedures, and instructions.
Ability to write and understand English clearly without difficulties.
Demonstrate a positive attitude, outstanding customer service skills, and take the initiative in completing assigned tasks.
Willing to accept shift work, weekends, holidays, and overtime if needed.
Friendly and professional demeanor
Able to pass a drug test and background check

Responsibilities

Possess and maintain a valid State Guard Registration (guard card)
Conduct vehicle/foot patrols alone or with a partner
Patrol and maintain general security of assigned property as described in Post Orders / Standard Operation Procedures per each site requirement.
Utilize a smartphone to maintain a Daily Activity Report, and create Incident and Facility Maintenance Reports.
Maintain consistent performance, attendance, uniform appearance, and professional grooming.
Maintain professional communications with clients, colleagues, and the public.
Respond to emergency calls, including medical, fire, and damage to property.
Ability to jump into action to de-escalate situations without hesitation.
Ability to conduct clear communication with all people including police when necessary.
Ability to stand, stoop, walk throughout your shift without accommodations.
