Requirements

Valid state-issued guard card.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in criminal justice or related field preferred.
Prior security or law enforcement experience is highly desirable.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure.
Physically fit and capable of performing security duties.

Nice To Haves

Security guard training certification is preferred

Responsibilities

Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent and detect security breaches.
Respond to alarms and emergency situations promptly and effectively.
Enforce company policies and security procedures to maintain a safe environment.
Prepare detailed incident reports and logs of daily activities.
Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services as necessary.
Conduct regular security audits and assessments to identify vulnerabilities.
Provide exceptional customer service to employees and visitors.
