Requirements
- Must have a valid DPSST Armed License.
- Must possess a valid concealed carry permit.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to de-escalate tense situations.
- Motivation, flexibility, and a professional demeanor.
Responsibilities
- Conducting roving foot patrols.
- Writing daily incident and activity reports.
- Using verbal de-escalation tactics effectively.
- Escorting transients off the property as needed.
- Observing and reporting any suspicious or unusual activity.
- Keeping non-authorized persons from entering the building
