About The Position

The Armed Security Guard position at Bering Global Solutions, LLC involves providing security and protection for federally owned or leased facilities in Washington, DC. Requirements

• Must possess a SECRET SECURITY CLEARANCE.
• Must be a US citizen or lawful resident with an honorable discharge from the US armed forces.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of two years of Security or Law Enforcement experience or two years of honorable service in the US Armed Forces.
• Must be at least 21 years of age and fluent in English.
• Ability to follow established procedures and policies.
• Excellent attention to detail and good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Observe and report activities and incidents at assigned locations.
• Preserve order and enforce regulations and directives for the site.
• Control access to client site and facility through the admittance process.
• Monitor entrances and exits to prevent unauthorized entry.
• Patrol assigned site on foot or in a vehicle, checking for unsafe conditions.
• Protect evidence or scenes of incidents during emergencies or investigations.
• Prepare logs or reports as requested.
