About The Position
The Armed Flex Officer supports multiple sites throughout Palm Beach County. This role requires maximum flexibility and readiness to respond to call-offs, new assignments, and emergency coverage.
Requirements
- Valid Florida Class D & G Security Licenses
- Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record
- Minimum 3 years security experience (military/law enforcement preferred)
- Open availability (days, nights, weekends)
- Reliable personal vehicle (mileage reimbursed where applicable)
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass background screening and drug test

Responsibilities
- Provide coverage at various client locations
- Respond to short-notice shift assignments
- Conduct patrol, access control, and reporting duties
- Maintain communication with Command Center
- Transport equipment or documentation between sites if needed
- Uphold uniform and appearance standards
