This role offers both full-time and part-time opportunities with a starting wage of $23.98 per hour. The position includes a $250 hiring bonus, distributed as $125 after three months and another $125 after six months. The work schedule includes shifts on Saturday from 7:30 AM to 1:00 PM, and Wednesday and Friday from 7:15 AM to 5:00 PM, with the potential to increase to full-time based on candidate availability for additional weekdays.   • Verify identification of patrons prior to building entry.
  • Secure premises and personnel by patrolling property, monitoring surveillance equipment, and access points.
  • Investigate security breaches, incidents, and other alarming behavior.
  • Interview witnesses and obtain signatures as needed for incident reports.
  • Maintain the organization's stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements.
  • Must be able to stand for up to 8 hours.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to stay alert and diligent.
  • Ability to work in high pedestrian traffic environments.
  • 3 years law enforcement, active military, or 5 years armed security experience required.
  • CT Carry Permit (Blue Card).
  • CT Armed Security License.
  • High School Diploma or higher education.
