This full-time position as an armored truck Driver/Messenger is for individuals over 21 who enjoy fast-paced environments and new challenges. The role involves the safe and efficient transportation of valuables, requiring comfort with heavy lifting. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong people skills, act professionally, and interact with customers to maintain high standards of customer service. Key responsibilities include issuing and receiving confirmation receipts for transfers. Safety and security are paramount, requiring adherence to the highest levels of driver safety in all weather conditions and vigilance for customers, colleagues, and the community. All positions are armed, necessitating the acquisition and maintenance of required licenses for an armored truck driver/messenger in the specific area.

Requirements

• 21 years of age or older.
• Valid and clean driver’s license.
• Have or be able to obtain and maintain active guard and firearm permits or licenses on a current basis as required by state regulations (e.g., Armed SLED License).
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively in person and by radio.
• Willingness to operate large vehicles in all weather and traffic conditions.
• Heavy lifting required (50lbs+).

• Act in a professional manner and interact with customers to develop rapport that meets high standards of customer service.
• Issue and receive confirmation receipts to verify each transfer.
• Follow the highest levels of driver safety in all weather conditions.
• Be vigilant in all areas for customers, colleagues, and the community.
• Have and maintain the necessary licenses for your area to work as an armored truck driver/messenger.
