Requirements

• The Armed Security Officer for Retail Operations is a tactical position requiring constant vigilance and a commanding presence to maintain total site control.
• This role demands a high level of situational awareness
• You must possess the professional maturity to manage conflict with timely efficiency and the combat readiness to act decisively if the safety of the site is compromised.
• Every shift requires a commitment to rigorous standards and the ability to maintain an unwavering defensive posture throughout the retail environment.

Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the security of the entire perimeter where you will actively monitor all points of entry and enforce strict protocols to prevent concealment and theft.
• Identify suspicious behavior
• Provide detailed reporting on all operational activities.
• Manage conflict with timely efficiency
• Act decisively if the safety of the site is compromised.
• Maintain an unwavering defensive posture throughout the retail environment.
