About The Position
The Armed Patrol Officer II is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the Shipyard community under the supervision of the Patrol Officer I or the Director of Safety & Security. This role involves monitoring the welfare of residents and guests, enforcing community rules, and collaborating with the security team to maintain property values and safety compliance. The officer will also handle emergency situations, conduct investigations, and maintain necessary security equipment.
