About The Position

Elite Protective Services (EPS) is a locally owned and operated alarm response, patrol, and security company. We are hiring full-time armed patrol officers for NIGHT shifts on Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, and Sunday from 8:00 pm to 6:00 am. These are 10-hour shifts, with 4 days on and 3 days off. This is a permanent role with a fixed schedule and weekly pay. Salary: 40 hours per week at $23 - 24 per hour, plus a $1000 sign-on bonus Weekly pay and semi-annual increases. Please note that these roles involve armed, uniformed patrol duties, including both vehicle and foot patrols. Elite Protective Services Founded in 1982, Elite Protective Services provides property patrol, alarm response, and security guard services to clients in the Greater Boston area. We service local banks, property managers, small businesses, and corporate and residential accounts, totaling over 400 clients city-wide. Our managers and security officers strive to provide the best services possible for each of our client’s specific needs. We operate around the clock, 365 days a year. Elite’s Armed Property Patrol services are customized to fulfill client requests. Our experienced armed patrol officers, professionally attired in company uniforms, provide this service. Our patrol service entails vehicular or foot patrols, removal of unauthorized persons, site inspections, commercial building tours, and detailed reporting of security, safety, and maintenance concerns.

Requirements

Candidates must possess an active driver's license and a Commonwealth of Massachusetts Class "A" Large Capacity License to Carry Firearms.

Responsibilities

Removal of unauthorized persons.
Responding to commercial and residential burglary and fire alarm dispatches.
Conducting vehicular and foot patrols of multiple locations throughout Greater Boston.
Completing detailed and legible response and patrol reports.
