About The Position

As a Airport Law Enforcement Officer - Armed Security in Honolulu, HI, you’ll serve on the front line of aviation security—ensuring public safety, safeguarding airport facilities, and upholding the spirit of aloha through professional service. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain highly visible to support a positive atmosphere. This position requires you to be armed and to operate a vehicle as part of your responsibilities. Requirements

• 2+ years of professional law enforcement experience in the U.S. after graduating from a certified law enforcement academy (Federal, State, or County level).
• Graduate of Law Enforcement or Military Police Training Program or Equivalent (must provide credentials upon applying).
• Valid Driver's License.
• Law Enforcement Officer License.
• 22+ years of age.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor and report any suspicious behavior or activity within the premises.
• Maintain a visible presence to help to deter potential threats and provide assistance to visitors, employees, and/or contractors as needed.
• Operate and maintain assigned equipment, including firearms, in accordance with company and client protocols.
• Complete detailed and accurate reports on all incidents, observations, and activities during the shift.
• Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services when required.
• Follow all Allied Universal and client policies, procedures, and post orders specific to the location.
