About The Position

We are seeking a highly reliable and experienced Armed Site Operations Manager to join our fast-growing security company in Southern California. This role is built for leaders who are operationally strong, fully available, and capable of managing both personnel and client relationships in dynamic environments. Availability Requirements This is a leadership role requiring full flexibility. Candidates must be available for days, nights, weekends, and holidays based on operational needs. This is not a desk-only role. Managers are expected to remain actively engaged in field operations. Training and Advancement Path Phase 1: Field Integration (Weeks 1–2) Operate as a flex officer to learn company standards, sites, and expectations. Phase 2: Management Training (Weeks 3–4) Focused training on scheduling, SOPs, HR processes, and account management. Phase 3: Assignment (Week 4) Promotion to Site Operations Manager with assigned accounts and full operational responsibility. Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of verifiable experience in armed security and supervisory or management roles
  • Prior management experience required
  • Valid California Guard Card and Exposed Firearms Permit required
  • Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to respond to operational issues on short notice

Nice To Haves

  • Former law enforcement or military background strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage client relationships as the primary operational point of contact
  • Build, maintain, and adjust officer schedules
  • Handle call-offs, coverage gaps, and last-minute operational changes
  • Provide hands-on field support and work shifts when required
  • Train officers and enforce company standards and culture
  • Develop and maintain site-specific SOPs
  • Support onboarding and development of assigned teams
  • Collaborate with executive management and HR
