About The Position

The Arm Assembler will bolt the arm assembly of specific sofas and chairs to the frame.

Requirements

• 1+ Years’ experience using basic hand tools.
• Must be a team player
• Must be reliable
• Must be able to work with minimum supervision
• Must be able to work weekends and overtime
• Must have strong communication skills.
• Must be able to lift/push/pull up to 75lbs.
• Must be able to stand/walk on concrete surfaces for a minimum of 8 hours per day.
• Must have good vision.
• Must be able to wear required PPE of safety glasses and close toe / close heal shoes.
• Must be able to adhere to all safety policies and procedures to prevent injuries to yourself and others.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in furniture manufacturing is preferred.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent

Responsibilities

• Line Up holes and bolt arms onto the frame using pneumatic and hand tools.
