About The Position

This position oversees one of the six Arizona Fall League teams and stadium. The individual interacts with all stakeholders connected to the Arizona Fall League, including but not limited to: fans, stadium staff, field staff, MLB affiliate clubs and staff of the Commissioner’s office. Major League Baseball (MLB) is the most historic of the major professional sports leagues in the United States and Canada. Requirements

Must be a college graduate
Strong written and oral communication skills
Must work well independently and collaboratively
Operational accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to develop cordial, professional relationships with all levels of Club personnel and MLB staff
Excellent prioritization and time management skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word) and Google G-Suite
Maturity, good judgement, and a positive can-do attitude
Strong understanding of industry
Availability to work nights and weekends
