We are looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Representative to join our Dallas-based team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a field-based, customer-facing environment and is passionate about developing long-term client relationships. The position requires frequent visits to customers (at least three days per week) to strengthen partnerships, address service issues, support pricing discussions, and drive sales growth. The Sales Executive will also handle daily customer interactions by phone or email, providing support, resolving issues, and ensuring timely follow-up on orders and complaints. On office-based days (approximately two per week), the focus will shift to analyzing sales reports, identifying trends, tracking performance by customer and product line, and proposing action plans to recover accounts or strengthen growing ones. Additionally, the role includes helping ensure timely payment from clients, clarifying account statements, and maintaining healthy receivables. This is a highly proactive role that blends commercial execution, customer service, and business analysis (ideal for someone looking to make a measurable impact).
