Columbia Association (CA) is a nonprofit community services organization serving Columbia, Maryland. We operate premier fitness and recreation facilities and are committed to creating welcoming, high‑quality experiences for our members and guests.
We’re hiring Arena Attendants at Supreme Sports Club to support daily arena operations and deliver excellent customer service in an active, fast‑paced environment.

Requirements

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Friendly, professional, and dependable attitude
• Ability to work independently and follow directions
• Comfortable working in a physically active environment
• Minimum high school attendance
• Ability to stand for the entire shift and lift up to 50 lbs unassisted
• Weekend and holiday availability required
• CPR/AED certification required (CA will provide training if needed)
• No prior experience required — training provided

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests and create a friendly, welcoming atmosphere
• Provide excellent customer service and assist with questions and concerns
• Monitor and organize pick‑up basketball games and scheduled activities
• Prepare the arena for programming (equipment setup, rim adjustments, storage)
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized arena
• Assist instructors with basic arena and stereo equipment
• Enforce club rules and CA policies respectfully
• Ensure the timely and efficient closing of the arena
