About The Position
Carrier Enterprise, a leading national distributor of residential and light commercial HVAC products, is seeking a dynamic Wholesale Area Manager. This position will work closely with the Directors of Sales, Regional Directors of Operations, and Regional Product Management to ensure the alignment of the Wholesale Branches with overall company and regional strategies. The Wholesale Area Manager will focus on increasing sales, profitability, and market share in the assigned market by collaborating with Branch Sales Managers and Branch Sales Representatives. Additionally, this role involves critiquing branch merchandising, operating systems, policies, procedures, and processes for improvement opportunities, fostering a collaborative environment, and assisting in the recruitment and development of Branch Sales Associates.
