Requirements

• High level of verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed

Responsibilities

• Meet with new homebuyers to conduct New Home Orientations, explaining home features and operations.
• Communicate with homeowners to schedule and follow up on warranty service work.
• Oversee day-to-day activities of Warranty Technicians and ensure contractor performance.
• Authorize payments after verifying 100% completion and customer satisfaction.
• Identify and report recurring warranty issues to help improve future construction quality.
