About The Position

Agape Care Group is seeking an Area Vice President of Business Development to join their Senior Leadership Team in Oklahoma. This role involves leading and serving, developing customers and referral sources based on strategic direction, and directing sales efforts for the state territory. The successful candidate will implement organizational and operational strategies, prepare budgets, control expenses, establish sales objectives, and recommend and accomplish annual profit contribution. The position also requires maintaining superior customer service and managing the coordination, supervision, and implementation of professional and supportive services for hospice patients in a safe, cost-effective manner. The Area Vice President will drive their sales team to ensure the highest quality care delivery. Agape Care Group is a leading hospice, palliative, and pediatric comfort care provider in the Southeast, dedicated to serving patients and families with love and delivering high-quality care. Requirements

  • A heart to serve patients and families and a passion for providing the best possible care
  • Minimum of a Baccalaureate Degree required in field of study
  • 15 years proven marketing and managerial skills and experience
  • Proven interpersonal, coordination, and leadership skills with ability to communicate effectively
  • Practical and theoretical knowledge of home health/hospice
  • Demonstrates active involvement in professional organizations and community activities
  • Reliable transportation
  • Valid drivers license
  • Proof of auto insurance

Nice To Haves

  • Baccalaureate or MBA degree preferred
  • 5 years’ experience as in a clinical care setting or home health/hospice preferred
