This role involves leading and serving, developing customers and referral sources based on strategic direction, and directing sales efforts for the state territory. The successful candidate will implement organizational and operational strategies, prepare budgets, control expenses, establish sales objectives, and recommend and accomplish annual profit contribution. The position also requires maintaining superior customer service and managing the coordination, supervision, and implementation of professional and supportive services for hospice patients in a safe, cost-effective manner. The Area Vice President will drive their sales team to ensure the highest quality care delivery.
