About The Position

Pritchard Industries is a dynamic and innovative provider of comprehensive facility services, dedicated to enhancing the operational efficiency of our client partners in the industries we serve. With services from facility maintenance and janitorial to landscaping and snow removal, we enable desired outcomes for our clients through consistent service and outstanding people. We are seeking to hire a Area Supervisor . You will be responsible for overseeing several accounts, training employees, meeting customers, ordering supplies, timekeeping, and maintaining weekly reports and building inspections.

Requirements

• Must be able to follow instructions from supervisor and complete all tasks effectively.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Clean driving record
• Pass MVR and background check
• Must be flexible and able to work occasional weekends.

Nice To Haves

• Prior cleaning experience is a plus.
• Janitor experience a plus but will train.
