As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an experienced Area Supervisor to lead our field teams and uphold the high standards on which our reputation is built. This role is ideal for a seasoned plumbing professional who thrives in a leadership position, someone who can balance people management, technical expertise, and operational excellence.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of hands-on plumbing experience in residential plumbing construction.
  • Valid Journeyman or Master Plumber license.
  • Previous supervisory or lead experience, overseeing plumbers and subcontractors.
  • Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes and inspection requirements.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
  • Proven ability to plan manpower, assign tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills, including troubleshooting plumbing issues and resolving jobsite conflicts.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for interacting with teams, contractors, and clients.
  • Commitment to enforcing jobsite safety protocols and maintaining OSHA-compliant work environments.

Nice To Haves

  • 10+ years of plumbing experience; journeyman or master certification preferred
  • Prior supervisory experience leading teams and overseeing field operations
  • Strong knowledge of local and national plumbing codes
  • Project management experience in scheduling, budgeting, and coordination
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and implement effective solutions
  • A track record of enforcing safety standards and delivering high-quality work

Responsibilities

  • Supervise Quality Inspectors, plumbers, and subcontractors to ensure timely, high-quality work
  • Plan manpower needs, assign tasks, and coordinate with other trades
  • Inspect installations for code compliance, safety, and workmanship
  • Troubleshoot installation conflicts and keep projects running smoothly
  • Enforce job site safety protocols for all employees and subcontractors
  • Maintain accurate records of progress, inspections, and project adjustments
