Are you a hands-on leader who enjoys being out in the community and supporting others? As an Area Supervisor , you’ll play a vital role in keeping students safe by leading and supporting School Crossing Guard teams. This is a field-based leadership position ideal for someone who values organization, responsiveness, and community impact.

Requirements

• Must meet all qualifications of an ACMS School Crossing Guard
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
• Reliable transportation, clean driving record and valid auto insurance
• Ability to lift, store, and transport equipment weighing approximately 20 pounds
• Willing to complete required fingerprinting and/or drug/alcohol screening
• This position often requires short response times to job sites, therefore candidates residing in or near Lakewood or Signal Hill are strongly preferred.

Nice To Haves

• 1-2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable using smartphones and basic technology

Responsibilities

• Provide daily field supervision and support to School Crossing Guards
• Recruit, hire, train, and schedule assigned personnel
• Step in as a School Crossing Guard when coverage is needed
• Conduct orientations, training, and safety compliance reviews
• Complete payroll, administrative, and performance documentation accurately and on time
• Perform site evaluations and maintain equipment and supply inventory
• Follow all company policies and attend required staff meetings
