About The Position
The Above Restaurant Leader (ARL) is responsible for providing leadership and accountability for approximately 10 corporate-owned Long John Silver's restaurants. This role involves collaborating with the Director of Operations to develop strategies that help each Restaurant General Manager (RGM) meet and exceed their annual operating plans. The ARL focuses on improving performance, driving financial results, and ensuring compliance with company standards across the area stores.
