Requirements

• 5 - 7 years of supervisory experience in a QSR environment
• Multi-unit management experience
• ServSafe certification
• Strong communication skills
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and POS systems
• Ability to analyze store financials and P&Ls
• Ability to meet deadlines and service customers efficiently
• Valid driver's license for business travel
• Physical ability to stand, walk, reach, bend, and lift up to 30 pounds

Responsibilities

• Create a positive experience and culture for employees daily
• Hire, train, develop, manage, and evaluate a crew of employees
• Provide incredible customer service and train store personnel
• Create efficient operations to ensure happy guests and profit
• Ensure Multi-Unit and Store Managers complete their duties effectively
• Ensure all stores meet standards for optimum costs and performance
• Ensure compliance with Federal, State, and Local labor laws
• Maintain sanitary standards in prep areas and equipment
• Develop and implement sales-building and local store marketing plans
• Lead the opening of new stores
